Settings free of oneself from the undue and cohesion of our desire is primary and voluntary act which will substantially determine the fate of freedom. unless and until we don't recognize our desire and it's effect we can't fight nor can run.breaking the bonds of our desire is not less than breaking iron cliffs.

Freedom is something which cannot be replaced by any materialistic acquisition so a person who so intends to be free cannot be biased because the fragrance of freedom is much more powerful and worthy.

Freedom doesn’t come from fables and automatically but it needs serious concern of residents who have a sense of enlightened doctrines regarding freedom.

Freedom needs Endeavour, time, patience for its essence to grow and turn towards revolution.

The basic objectives of freedom is acquisition and of land which residents and inhabitants believe to owe it and have serious moral, traditional, religious call of duty to protect it from occupation and colonization from aliens. Almost all the conflicts and freedom are related to land be it from Judah to Muslims.

Freedom has always been compiled by rulers with disturbance and national security but fundamentally it was and is always remain right of person to be free from alien coercion and undue influence.

Freedom can only be attained when it encompasses to liberation of land with return of people and return of power to people and later the basic guiding element the doctrine which guided to call of freedom shall be made the constitution for the state.

A reader may get struck by this can land be essense to freedom rather than any doctrine. But what I am conveying is ground reality which men has been going from beginning and directly interrelated with any land either it be of empire, religion, politics, economics.

Interest is the main organ for the whole capitalist system as it serves a cumulative and equalizer to all the parameters of political economy at the higher levels of economic and social class. it serves a complex of fear for both borrower and lenders to meet certain specific economic goals within a specific time and provides a hedge for a transaction and meet out demand and supply which proportionately helps in liquidity of economy. the main feature is that interest is paid by the borrower on the borrowed capital with a specific percentage per annum and proportionately interest is charged by the lender on the same amount. thus give rise to capital for lender without any substantial movement while as it inversely decreases the same amount for the borrower. the lender of capital is always a wealthy personnel and such money mostly gets offshored and invested in inflationary and capital assets and have possibly low benefit to the lower class of people. the interest money sucked from poor class is been directly and indirectly used against such people through means of corruption and create tyrants as rulers which only benefit higher classes. however, the borrower who works hard to meet his days and pays off his rising interests to lower his debt. meets with another draconic monster i.e is inflation. such interests and inflation on hand to hand leaves a very little for the borrower but with higher debts and inflation. for a common man, interest is a disease which affects the economy by the supply of commodities and creates an artificial competition within the intermediaries and generates unending desire within the people, this cycle goes on and on and the injection of debts become an integral part of life and inflating the currency and lowering money value. the continuous inflation and devaluing of currency lead to a most terrible state of depression which alters the whole phenomina of world order by rising geopolitical tensions and drags the world to most inhumane warfare and abuse of humanity.

A small heaven like gardens covered with flourishing hills and steeps with gushing springs and off springs. on the sunny day when everything was normal a cry scratching the skies piercing the walls blazed the gardens. it was not now anymore normality as the mess was in chaos; the hills which where iron shield was now drilled and a whispers and hssssssss of the large python which grasped up and crunching bones and every breathe countdowns to death. this was the beginning of new era of darkness and fear. the sun had hided behind hills. moon is too shy and veiled behind clouds; everyone was prey for this powerful and ruthless python. their wasn't anyone to fight against it except save some. the time passed and the ego and pride grew leaving tails of fear and tyranny among the folks. but, a dawn of hope to resist and become prey before python grew and a chance to stuck this notorious creation when it had grabbed a huge prey made it sloth and a great chance to kill it. the pride had shaded it's vision and this conceited python became itself prey.

The state of occupation where the Orientalism and collaboration has become rationality of most people in the folk. the short vision and greed which has vailed our leadership and outraged one's individualism and materialism. in the long period of occupation people almost understand the vibes of hypocrisy of occupational regime but still people as a whole can't resist to protest against state sponsored schemes, jobs and subsidy. this is the center concern, that people as whole can't be same and can't reflect the ideas and vision of enlightenment. it's not that they are volves in folk who have joined the volves, but it's their selfishness which has made them collaborators and made whole herd on stake of prey. they think that they will be safe and secured but they forget that when the herd will vanish they too will. 

The People, Kashmir and Article 35 A

Article 35A of the Indian Constitution is an article that empowers the Jammu and Kashmir state's legislature to define “permanent residents” of the state and provide special rights and privileges to those permanent residents. It was added to the Constitution through a Presidential Order, i.e., The Constitution (Application to Jammu and Kashmir) Order, 1954 - issued by the President of India on 14 May 1954 in accordance with the Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, and with the concurrence of the Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. (Wikipedia).

Thus from the above definition we understand the Importance of constitutional validity of kashmir's integrity to protect and preserve it's geo-politcal elements by not allowing intruders to buy any land and settle their as residents. though after partition kashmir has been a buzz word and factor to substantially determine the fate of politicians across kashmir and within it. kashmir has been torn into many parts holding three nations different parts of land. now is a very long period from partition but the dispute from kashmir never ended, creating chaos, wars and civil unrest. beside all the hegemonic and extra vengeance perverted by occupational regime, their has been a powerful hedge with kashmir to give its specific nature and importance; this is Article 35A.



The people of this vast magnificent world has lost in the ego and hegemony of occupation and paving way to mass insurgency and tyranny. the people have been raising voices against all abrogations been set against integrity of people. this have costed thousands of peoples lives and their dreams. one must understand that if the constitutional safeguard is broken; it will create a potential threat against people by in letting thousand of Indian people to acquire land and business, will illuminate kashmiri people from the economic deterrents. will disturb the social fabric and isolate our ethnic culture and traditions, will also change political framework and governance. the land and people will become hostile and alien within it's own land. the article 35A can be protected by the civil societies of Kashmir consisting bureaucrats, lawyers, ngo's, media, separatists and common man.



besides all this there lies a counter perception regarding that the Article 35A was basically the founding stone between the maharaja acceding, so by logic it is the document and systematic element of such partial and temporary alliance, if the same gets dismentaled it proportionately disintegrates the whole notion of accession itself. so, their arises a question why Indian think tanks propose to dis mental such special status lies within the diplomatic and covet strategy to show the whole world that kashmiri people are struggling to keep the perpetuity of article 35A and choose India as their governing agency.

this kind of situation become very touch for common man to understand and take stand to defend or revolt against abrogation. the roots of occupation has pierced with the stem of our perpetuity and is soaking it's all essential nutrients and make Kashmir to loose on both ends. beside all these conspiracies and propaganda their presides the ultimate power; who is best in  planner and protector the Allah swt.

The Globalised world in which we live didn’t come sudden but took thousands of years of formation and change. Throughout history mankind has learnt to form society and live mutually and distributing food and power according to ability and physical strength and provide security. From the early time of humans voyage on earth mankind has ascertained to live together and consecutively have rifts with each other among society. The deformation was part of human discourse and complex of fear was the building element for transforming society into major civilizations and later empire building. The fear of losing possession and loved ones created conservation of areas and innovation in defending tools and houses.  There was a night blooming jasmine among the cradle of civilizations which spread among the hearts of people and created a new dynamics in formation of society and later became major player in transforming history. A new class formed within a class and chaos and hatred became new ruling element of empires. The chaos and conflict dismantled human intellectualism by making evil activities common, distorting societies and envisaging wrath draining major world. In other part of world; whole community was made hostile by the kings and build their monuments and empire, the tyranny and inhumane grew and once again the whole regime was drowned and helped those hostile people to form independent nation and society.  The nature of humans is deceptive these people who were under tyranny till yester now started themselves spreading corruption. A wave was going to come and change the whole history for ever which changed and transformed the empires and nations forever. the world power and glory was sync by these people and started fighting among themselves and dragged there empire to dark age, a new dawn of glory was once again going to light in far dessert whose foundation was raising mankind and providing equal rights and privileges among people. This new society ended all classes and formed a new class and envisaged old doctrine monotheism of faith, synchronizing all dimensions of power and faith. This outburst on darkness ended the major powers in world and made a new invincible empire of faith and transformed whole know world. This was the generation with high appetite and energy to explore world and knowledge. A new broader version of human development was enriched, which rebuild the society protecting the interests of people in respect of their social, economical and political factors. Once again the acquisition of power within the faith created different geographical empires. On set of medieval age these people where slowly drifting from the main fundamentalism they were ousted from the power. When people of specific group are isolated from power their society and culture gets slowly and gradually detorated. The world once again got plunged into ancient evil acts and defamed the ethical values. Such acts which claim to make world more liberal is de-facto culminating world into anti social elements spreading mass evil acts. Currently world has become a home village where almost every possible material is available, which mixed whole culture and transformed into a new fashion which changes continuously. The society as we accept has became fable of past as neo liberalism hails materialism, greed, lust, self interest and leaves less space for peace and harmony. The deconstruction of society pays way only to hatred, intolerance and chaos in world. That’s what we know as globalization and this process is also on its natural death and world is getting prepared to acquire new power elements and vast cultural integration is on its voyage to acquire east to west, a new society is forming.

Everything having human utility is a resource in a definite time. So, is the state sovereignty and when it goes against the social contract of people creating threat for their lives and property, so in case the revolution led by the people in period of time against any force having substantial influence on such people directly or indirectly creating any undue influence, chaos, force for a period hindering residents in a specific area and time leads to an inevitable up-rise which form in civil disobedience, public demonstrations, extremism and civil war. It’s always people by whom any empire lays its foundation and country to form. Any nationalism can’t form without consent of people. But when such confidence and mutual understandings fail there-so-ever a public outburst ponders on the governing or occupational regime. The human discourse is filled with marvelous achievements of creating societies, communities, nations and empires but substantially it is also filled with aggression, wars, tyranny, bloodshed and all hailed with heroic presence.  The politicians, dictators, rulers forget or undermine the ability of people and hinder people, but when the time joins the puzzle of illuminating fear from the hearts of people the state can’t illuminate up rise just by aggression. The authorities must Endeavor to resolve issue by providing people their right. If resistance continues and remains prolonged it will not only turn into civil war but will create potential threat against the occupational regime itself. The revolution is not only just peoples outcry but it’s the vary nature of human discourse.
