The Hour

The Hour, It has been over a decade since a new revolution triggered in the valley. Hundreds and thousands have been allegedly killed and injured creating a trauma in the psychological setup of people. It had been very dynamic from the first it envisaged varied and different means of counter strategic tools and elements in demanding freedom. Within this short period of time it raised continuously four revolutions. Now it had changed into rebellion and day after day new recruits of natives having high academic qualifications and skills indulged it into a comprehensive revolution that Valley had ever witnessed. It united the whole area pondering a unified idea of freedom in the deep roots of the Valley. Freedom has been a very part of the social construction of the Valley; it can't be mutilated by occupation and diversion. It is an integral part of human DNA to raise allegations and fight for rights. It is ending 2018 and revolution has reached its prime peak and after it will change into chaos and confusion. That is the breakeven point and determining element for the valley. Either this deconstruction period will dismantle occupation or the foundation of itself. Taming the chaos for a long time is not beneficial at both ends. The occupational regime being one of world biggest military, economic power can't be neutralised just by protests and rebellion.

A Lonely Tree

 In the crowd of jungle it was invisible disease which spread throughout whole jungle and making tree dead and fall one after one being cut down by greed to boost their materialist dream. Slowly the hill started looking bald and scary. The weeds and pests have occupied the region, the convey of worms and scavengers drill it. Every life seems decaying. The rivers have become angry smashing the land, floods rag it and slaps torn it. 

In this dark, dry land a distinct Ray of light sparking a little life in the seed which have been preserved by the land, a seedling torn the land and raise its voice. The days and years swept and this tiny life has now turned into a tree. Absorbing the land and pondering life. 

It have made a small garden in thy bald area where now many birds find shalter. The life seeks it's way.

propaganda and world order

The wave which started in Tunisia spread to the whole middle east and affected the whole of world's geopolitics, creating multiple threats and chaos disrupting worlds peace and order. most of the world has turned into hatred and nationalism once again is hailing the flags of war and destruction. the invisible hand is endeavoring in stabilizing and creating a contingent confidence. but the uncertainties and contingencies have jumbled the fate and trust among the nations. the powerful countries trying to wage out spoils of war leaving nothing behind destruction and inhumane fables. 

The scent of fear within different nations and their agendas have costed the Syria and Iraq to ruins and is disrupting whole world's social, political and economic factors. The collation of nations with super powers  created an indispensable threat and is delaying the full fledge warfare. 

Judging the whole some narrative it looks like the whole drama of Arab spring was to dismental Arab monarchy and is de-facto supported by many Muslims nations also. Both Russia and America have in current date became substantial threat for Arab. The modernised programme in Arab waves a negative perception outside the world and supportive groups. The Iran is emmensely growing its influence in Iraq, Syria, ya men covering the Saudi boundaries and shrinking their coverage. 

The real conspiracy behind this great chaos is to divide the Saud province into Najd and Hijaz. Behind all conspiracy and propaganda their lies a great and divine will of Destiny, prophesied 1400 hundreds years before. The geopolitical policy of major Muslims seems greatly influenced by the prophesy. The Saud and turks must alliance now and keep their propaganda aside to secure the order of their region.

It comes un-knocked and uninvited and pierces in the limbs and scratches after every breath.

the glamoured, powerful, faded, weak all lying on the floor of death, unknowing about surroundings. this is the period where it knocks at the door.

the day has become as scared as night, the trees have been plucked, rivers empty the land has turned much wilder and feels like a jungle. every step crumbles and feels lost in gorge and whispers of nihility scratches us.

the scent of fear gets fluster by the fragrance of Night Blooming Jasmine. it signifies a hope and signal to life in this decaying  Morass.

Rampage, the people and violence

The scent of fear has spread immensely throughout the valley. the state and people are in continuous disruption creating a contingent confidence along with the rebellion and protests. the modern protests indulged different means of protests which included stones and social media. the occupational regime distorted three major moderate and civil disobedience revolutions continuously. the fate and will of people got forged into the blaze and turned into the most dynamic and strategic counter-insurgency group learning from past and slow steps creating abundance force of emotions and support from the general public. the occupational regime with it's best political, military and diplomatic strategies encountered hundred of men daily and but simultaneously give a deliberate hike in rebellion group. the fear among people has diminished which strike and disturb major insurgency operations. the rebellion takes crucial steps and changes and forming itself into highly famous and supportive organizations for people. the initial steps where moderate but as time passes the violence had become a tool and justifying element for any actions. now occupational regimes tentacles are been targetted as collaborators and hypocrites are been disgraced. this will acid test the fate of revolutions as the occupational regime will use all its possible sources to bring down the people and revolution.

Autumn has come.

the forthcoming is better and blooming then the gloom of night.
the flowers are radiant, rivers gush, birds chatter, bees buzz and nourish the clumps and enlighten our vision.
it's the time when hard work pays its price. it is the autumn when leaves die, nature clumsy but it is autumn when we receive our price, tilth provides the abundance to struggle against winter.
did we not rise against so hardships, so why to Trumble being anxious.

Desolation of covenant (abridging the Article35A)

Article 35A one of the important article of the constitution of India granting a special status for the Jammu and Kashmir to maintain it's indigenous population in a matter of social, political and economic aspects and being a very deterrent against the direct occupation of immigrants and acquire residential status in the state.

for a long period, the state has encroached with massive interference and insurgency but the sprite and will of people seems rising instead of fear. now a serious outrageous attach is been launched to break it's vital and trifling constitutional autonomy. a sponsored petition with under a strategic propaganda to neutralize and pre-generalisation of the court to abridge this long article.

the judicial process has profoundly become a lengthy and challengable it makes very hard for the notorious politicians to assault the status by the virtue of constitution. the SC can make if necessary orders for the setting up a constitutional amendment bench and procure a way for discussion; which will proportionately indulge much personnel, societies, communities and ending up with recommendations by intelligence. the ruling party directly works on communal propaganda breaking and dividing the nation on the religion, caste, sex, creed, and place of birth. the jurist seems in conserving the secular nation and maintaining confidence in the system.

now what makes a substantial threat, does not lie in the judicial system or parliament but the covet operation and scent of fear within the occupational forces. from the pages of history, it is evident, that Kashmiris separate political integrity is in danger and the Article 35A will be abolished. as the lessons from the abolition of caliph in turkey and caliphate movement in India, provide a brief narrative on such case. the rise of caliphate movement in India which embarrassed whole intellectual Muslim class within the sub-continent and adjoined the Gandhi also in a movement to increase the pace against the colonial - imperialists. this unity created a potential threat against the neo-liberalistic and colonialists; made them for bargaining the status of caliph in the turkey and removed the same. this eventually demoralized the Muslims of India and decreased the momentum within revolution and ultimately ended in the desolation of caliph and uprise all together and also crushed the unity in India.

so, from the traces of history, it is profoundly evident that a shock insurgence on people may ultimately break the will.

beside we must also consider that the January hearing may ultimately be the winter for Kashmir on its integrity and darbar move will give an upper hand for jurists and bureaucrats to have a safe haven in Jammu; leading valley in the mist of hartals and protests.

ultimately whatever be the consequence it's the people the indigenous who can protect themselves.
