An empire spread-over whole of the world whereby most countries are involved in the rise of an invisible empire, A war where capitalists, communists, fundamentalist, and others regardless of ideologies are directly affected and affected by the spread of the materialism, consumerism, self-interest, profit-oriented rich class; its existence is to gains high growth prospectus and subsequent acquisition of politico-economic factor and determinants which played a very significant role in conquest of most world in the hands of Europe with the advent of trade by colonization and spread of imperialism. The invisible empires have gradually emphasized the corporization and take a most significant participation in fulfilling needs of politics and economics of nation and merchants for higher gains with conventions. Its very astonishing to know how a company transformed from business to rulers and multinational and transnational companies from essence of trade either from route of good hopes to industrialization and subsequently globalization and liberalization which made Europe, Britain and later US as superpower in 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th century and how colonization and intellectualism spread the most of World and began to exploit of whole material resources including human resources and finally staged to war which changed the destiny of modern world and a shift of power towards new world and new order. It not only changed the geopolitical supremacy but a entered new elements of finance and alternate to gold and gold standards which by course payed way to price wars or beggar thy neighbor and ultimately to the great depression and world war2.
The company is an artificial person having no physical existence but yet lives a perpetual existence apart from human founders and shareholder, therefore it is a person conferred just by law as a separate entity with perpetual succession with legal existence having the capacity to contract, sue and be sue and acquire property. It is distinct from members forming it and is termed as a person having an artificial personality to avail and be enforced by the law of dominance or conventions. The evolution of company existence is originated first in BRITAIN whereby Queen Elizabeth granted charter to group of merchant who where to form an association to spread and establish cumulative trade and acquire higher economical gains in East. After the discovery of India by Vasco De Gamma and America by Christopher Columbus, the wealth of these nations fascinated them as they possess enormous wealth. The trade was soon controlled by the role of companies and they grew rapidly with acquiring an importance and influencing social-political and economic factor in satisfying human and state satisfaction, by fulfilling needs of supply of product and commodity and wealth proportionately which were essential for daily needs and also provide alternate job opportunities and better hedge in demand and supply at the price of indigenous human and material exploitations. The dynamic integrity of these personnel’s led to a new set of an idea as Economics or Political-Economics or anti-mercantilism or Absolutism. It purported to new scientific equations and assumptions which made companies acquire proportionately higher gains and more exploitation with colorizations and imperialism.
This made whole Europe and North America in the race of profit maximization and acquiring domains. whereby participation of Portugal ,Dutch , English, France and most of Europe to establish trade and commerce throughout world, within a century Britain and other Europeans established colonies throughout the world and pertained a long exploitations and drain of wealth for sake of European and then Americans and at last Europe got divided by separate nationalism and pride which brought end to European supremacy with two world wars and invention of atomic bomb which alternatively shift the power from Europe to new world/America and the term superpower came in buzz, The assent of growth was due to Industrial revolution which was triggered in Europe which rise due to advancement and realization of trade and growth of economy and concentrated on means of production of goods at a rapid speed by the capital goods which was not available in any other part or region due traditional statecraft, conservatism, traditions; while west changed its governance accordingly the need and want of time and supported to develop new idea, machines, tools, techniques. The major crucial actions where the policies on labor and wages, comparative advantage, banking system with interests of economy and highly patriotism to nation, democratic form, intellectual property rights all these factors boosted the economy by innovations and inventions which proportionately made the essence to richness and rise of power due to resources available to invent highly mechanized and industrial and fierce war weapons. As the continuous and significant role played by companies in daily day life, The modern world is literally manipulated and influenced by ‘’corporate” because they cater almost every function and need of human being which start from one’s birth till it’s death, men and state is such organized to achieve an end of satisfying corporate goals and parallel both citizen and government being satisfied with their self-needs. The economy and revenue of some corporates have grown as enormous which accounts more than nations of Africa, some of Asian and even Americans, this is where and how much influence the nations and even their Governments altogether. The few corporate stakeholders who own much of resources than nation and state is fatal literally and against the dignity of humanity. Corporate doesn’t give employment supply for public welfare but for just money and gains.
The demon which has been created unknowingly and incidentally has grown such huge as it sucks blood, health, characters, traditions, religions, wealth of the whole world and is moving towards chaos, disruption, anarchy, and war.
